Return Policy
Refunds
We are a print on demand service meaning items are created only after an order has been placed. If you would like to cancel your order you must do so within 24 hours of placing your order. After that all orders will be processed and no refunds will be given.
Returns and Exchanges
Because our products are customized and personalized based upon the specifications in your order we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.
Damaged Items
Each product is inspected prior to shipping. However, it is possible to receive a damaged or incorrect item. Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us at jbcustomapparel2@gmail.com within three (3) days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please include a description and a picture of the damage. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Order Changes
Orders begin processing as soon as the order is placed. If you would like to make changes to your order they can only be done in the first 24 hours after your order is placed. Please double check your cart and shipping address before ordering.
Color Variance
Returns will not be accepted for variance in exact colors of shirts or designs. Due to the nature of variance between devices and screens not all colors will appear exactly the same as the final product. Colors may appear slightly different but will be made to match the item pictured as best as possible.
